Ordering Instructions Special orders and mail orders are always welcome at Kaimuki Dry Goods. SPECIAL ORDERS For items that are not in stock, we will try to order more from our suppliers. There is no guarantee that our suppliers will have more of a particular fabric available. Most special orders are sent by UPS and are subject to extra freight charges. All special orders require a minimum 25% deposit. MAIL ORDERS We accept either Visa or Mastercard. We will need a signed Authorization Form in order to charge to your account. Please print and fill out our Authorization Form and fax to us at (808) 735-9587, Attn to Dee Dee or Pam. Orders will be shipped via priority mail and usually within 2 days. A handling charge of $5.00 plus shipping will also be charged to your account. All sales final on special orders and mail orders.
